Q: I purchased my tickets, what's the next step?

A: You're all set!  On the day of the event, we will need to verify your order number either by showing us your confirmation e-mail on your phone, or you can print it out.  IF YOU PURCHASED ENTRY FOR MORE THAN ONE PLAYER, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE FIRST AND LAST NAMES OF ALL PLAYERS YOU ARE PURCHASING ENTRY FOR BEFORE ADDING TO CART!

Q: I need to change one of the players I purchased tickets for, what should I do?

A: Please e-mail info@CPXevents.com with your order number and the changes you need.  We will take care of it!

Q: I lost my confirmation e-mail, can I get another one?

A: Yes! Just e-mail info@cpxsports.com with your name, e-mail address used to place the order, and any order details (date of purchase, event, etc.) and we can look up and resend your confirmation e-mail.

Q: I'm not able to attend the event, what is your refund policy?

A: Just like purchasing a ticket for any other type of sporting event, unfortunately we do not give out refunds for any reason.  You are more than welcome to "sell" your registration to someone else and we can transfer it to the new person! Thank you for your understanding.  When you purchase a ticket and register for the game you will be required to click a box that says you read and understood this policy.
